Building
The City has contracted with PDCS, LLC, an independent contractor, to supply the City with Building Code Administration, building plan review, and inspection and support services for residential, commercial, and accessory structure construction.
PDCS reviews residential, commercial and industrial building plans for structural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and product approval compliance with the Florida Building Code and the DeBary Code of Ordinances.
Please use the Building Permit/Application form for all permit applications, including fences, re-roof, demolition, sheds, low voltage, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, alterations, tenant build-outs, etc. Signs, right-of-way use permits, and change-of-use permits are to be submitted along with their worksheets.
PDCS interacts with the developers, builders, and citizens of the City.
