The Communications & Government Affairs Department  develops and disseminates information about City of DeBary programs, services, and other issues on behalf of the City.  Our goal is to be the best source of information about DeBary government to ensure transparency, engender trust, raise awareness, and empower citizens to be knowledgeable participants in City government.
