Pavilions

Our pavilion rentals are now done 100% online from creating your account to booking a rental! Click the buttons at the bottom of this page to either book your pavilion or to create your account.

If you do not have an account, please create one prior to making a rental request. If you have ever rented a facility or participated in a City recreation program then you already have an account and can follow the instructions HERE to access it and book your rental. PAVILION RENTAL GUIDELINES

All pavilion rentals are taken on a first come, first served basis. Rentals must be paid up front in order to be reserved.

All pavilions are rented for the day (Sunrise - Sunset).

No more than one pavilion rental per household can be on the books at a time.

Any pavilion that is not rented can be used on a first come, first served basis.

Bounce Houses are allowed for rentals but must be approved by our Parks Superintendent at least one week prior to your rental date. All bounce houses need to have their own power source, such as a generator. Bounce houses must have sandbags to secure the bounce how, no stakes allowed to be driven into the ground. No bounce houses allowed at Gateway Park.

Bill Keller Park pavilions #1 and #3 have access to water but not electricity. Gateway Park pavilions have both water and electricity. Rob Sullivan Park pavilion #1 and #2 have water not electricity. All water access is upon request.

Gateway Park Restrooms: Outdoor restrooms at the park are provided by Gateway Center for the Arts. Operating hours for these restrooms are 7 days a week 8:00am – 8:00pm.

Picnic Pavilions are also available for rent at Power Park and Alexandra Park, but these parks do not have restroom facilities. Various parks also have smaller Sun Shelters that can be used on a first come, first serve basis.

REFUND POLICY: All refund requests must be made within 72 hours of the rental date. Outdoor refunds due to inclement weather will be given if and only if the renter calls the Parks and Recreation Department at 386-601-0206 the DAY of their rental and verification of inclement weather can be obtained.   Please allow two to 1-2 weeks for processing of all refunds. $10 service fee charged for any check refunds.
