Planning and Zoning
As of January 1, 2024 the City of DeBary is now accepting all Growth Management applications through our online portal, Citizenserve. No paper applications will be accepted after January 1, 2024. It is necessary to register an account before submitting an application. Submittal requirements for each application are listed on the Citizenserve portal.
