Development Review Committee
The Development Review Committee (DRC) is the first step in the development review process, the Committee reviews commercial site plans, subdivision applications and more.
The Development Review Committee (DRC) meetings are generally held on the first (1st) and third (3rd) Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 16 Colomba Rd. DeBary, FL 32713.
Members of the committee include representatives from the City of DeBary Growth Management Department, Building Department, Public Works/Stormwater Department, Engineer, contracted Environmental, Traffic & Arborist consultants.
As of January 1, 2024 the City of DeBary is now accepting all Development Review Committee applications through our online portal, Citizenserve. No paper applications will be accepted after January 1, 2024. It is necessary to register an account before submitting an application. Submittal requirements for each application are listed on the Citizenserve portal.
