Deck your house out with lights and spooky decorations in our Halloween Decorating Contest!

Recognition and prizes to the winners! DeBary Residents ONLY. Register at City Hall.

Registration: September 18th - October 17th

Judging: October 22-25

The city will be divided into two sectors North and South of Highbanks. We will have prizes for the winners in each division. Homes and will be judged on creativity, use of decor and overall appearance. All addresses will be made public so residents can view your displays!

CATEGORIES

SPOOKIEST: Entries will be judged on overall sense of fright!

CLASSIC HALLOWEEN: Show us a Halloween-based theme that focuses on all things Halloween!

BEST EFFECTS: This category includes special effects, including lights and mechanical effects to surprise and entertain everyone!
