Town Hall is available to reserve for Birthdays, Business Meetings, Reunions, Weddings, and other Special Occasions.

 

Rental Fees

Category I - Non-profit organizations operating within the City of DeBary

$40/Hour Without Kitchen

$60/Hour With Kitchen

 

Category II - All private rentals by the general public including birthday parties, weddings/receptions, Sweet 16 or Quinceneras, baby showers, family reunions, etc., and any other individual or organization that does not fall into Categories I.

$60/Hour Without Kitchen

$80/Hour With Kitchen
 

$150 Refundable Security Deposit
 

All deposits must be made with a separate check at time of payment. Rental payment can be made in check or credit card. Both the deposit and the payment must be made at the time of rental to book the facility. We do not hold the facility without full payment and security deposit.

All Town Hall rentals are two hour minimum and must take place between 9:00am and 11:00pm. Rental time includes set up and break down.

The Florence K. Little Town Hall is closed during the Summer (Memorial Day - Mid August) for the City's Summer Camp program.
 

REFUND POLICY: All refund requests must be made within 72 hours of the rental date. Please allow two to 1-2 weeks for processing of all refunds. $10 service fee charged for any check refunds.

 

Rentals for the facility must be made in person at least 30 days in advance of your rental date at City Hall (16 Colomba Rd.) M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm. Tours of the facility available by appointment only. For more information please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at (386) 601-0206
