On February 21, 2023, DeBary City Manager Carmen Rosamonda and DeBary City Attorneys held a meeting for DeBary Plantation Community Association homeowners and discussed the recent stormwater issues concerning this community. The meeting included a presentation followed by public participation. Only DeBary Plantation Community Association members may attend the event. The meeting has been recorded and will be posted on this page within 48 hours of the event's conclusion.

Homeowners may ask questions at the event or submit their questions to DGCC@DeBary.org to be addressed at the meeting.
