YOUTH CHEER COORDINATOR

Are you a former cheerleader or Spirit Team member?  Do you want to instill the love of cheer to the next generation of children?  The City of DeBary is accepting applications for a Youth Cheer Coordinator. The selected applicant will plan, lead and supervise the youth cheer program for games, practices, classes and clinics. Hours vary but do include evenings and weekends.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from high school or GED and two years of experience coaching youth cheerleading or tumbling.  Knowledge of sideline cheers and dances is required. Applicants selected for employment must pass a criminal background check and Level 2 national fingerprint-based records check. The complete job description is available at www.debary.org.

Rate of pay is $15.00 - $17.50 per hour depending upon experience.
