Building Department - Online Permitting

Building Permits are Moving ONLINE! 

Starting February 1, 2023

Our Building Department's permitting process is becoming simpler and will soon be completely ONLINE! No more waiting at City Hall to permit your next project. Starting on February 1st, all building department operations will be conducted through the CitizenServe online software.

During the transition, the City of DeBary Building Department will be CLOSED starting Friday, January 27, 2023, at 2 pm and will reopen on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 8 am. 

The Building Department will perform inspections as normal during this time, However, starting February 1, 2023, all inspections must be requested online through the Citizenserve website.

The portal is currently open for registration purposes at this time. Please take advantage of this opportunity to register through the website. We appreciate your understanding during this transitional period!
