MAINTENANCE WORKER I (Part-Time)
The City of DeBary is accepting applications for a part-time Parks Maintenance Worker I to perform manual labor in parks grounds and maintenance of facility areas in all types of weather conditions. Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping maintenance preferred. This non-exempt position works independently with a flexible schedule of 24 hours weekly.
Graduation from high school or GED required. Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license or ability to obtain within four weeks of date of hire is required. Applicants selected for employment must pass a criminal background check. The hourly pay range for this part-time non-exempt position is $13.94 to $19.88. The City’s practices are to hire at the minimum of the pay grade.
