Deck your house out with lights and spooky decorations in our Halloween Decorating Contest!

Recognition and prizes to the winners! DeBary Residents ONLY. Register at City Hall.

Registration: September 16th - October 21st

Judging: October 24-27

The city will be divided into two sectors North and South of Highbanks. We will have prizes for the winners in each division. Homes and will be judged on creativity, use of decor and overall appearance. All addresses will be made public so residents can view your displays!

SPOOKIEST: Entries will be judged on overall sense of fright!

HOWL-O-WEEN THEME: Show us a Halloween-based theme that focuses on all things Halloween!

MOST BOOtiful: Most creative Display!

Prizes awarded to top 3 in each category!
