| If admission is to be charged for an event on City property, the City will require 15% payment from the gate and concession proceeds. This will be in addition to the fees charged for the use of the facility. Any events open to the public or having the contents of alcohol on site will require insurance from the user. This general liability policy will be $500,000 per single event or $1,000,000 per recurring event. This policy shall list the City of DeBary as an additional insured. |
