We have, in our 14 years of being incorporated as a City,
attempted to manage growth and maintain a strong economic base
in order that we continue to have the lowest ad valorem tax rate
in Volusia County.

airports, beaches, shopping areas, and interstate highways, and
offers easy access for boating and fishing on the beautiful St.
Johns River. DeBary offers a wide variety of recreational activities
for all ages and is further supported by Gemini Springs Park and
Lake Monroe Park and with individual facilities in various
neighborhoods.
