| The DeBary City Council is composed of five members,
including the Mayor. All members are part-time officials, non-partisan,
and are elected at-large to represent the entire City rather than any
particular area. The Mayor is elected at-large to Seat 5 and the Council
selects one of their number as Vice Mayor. Members are elected for
three-year terms and terms are staggered. The five Council members
appoint a City Manager to direct the day-to-day administration of the
City. City Council holds meetings the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month beginning at 7 PM in the Council Chambers. Mayor Garcia's office is located at City Hall.
