| The City has contracted with Page Dixon Chandler Smith, LLC (PDCS) on an Independent Contractor basis, to supply the City with Building Code Administration, building plan review, inspection and support services for residential, commercial and accessory structures.
PDCS will review residential and commercial building plans for structural plumbing, electrical, mechanical (HVAC), product approval as contained in the Florida Building Code and the DeBary Code of Ordinances, all as may be amended and for compliance with Florida Law. Please use the Building Permit/Application form for all permit applications including, but not limited to, trees, fences, re-roof, demolition, sheds, low voltage, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, alterations, tenant build-outs, etc. The only permit not utilizing the Building Permit/Application is for Signs, which requires the Sign Permit Application. PDCS will interact with the developers, builders and citizens of the City. Jim Stroupe |
