The City of DeBary must provide to the Volusia County Property Appraiser’s Office the dollar amount, unit of measure (per parcel) and the parcels subject to the assessment for the Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal, Street Lighting Districts, and Orlandia Heights Neighborhood Improvement District, Ft Florida Road Water Main Extension and Stormwater.
The assessment rolls for the Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal, Street Lighting Districts, Orlandia Heights Neighborhood Improvement District, Ft Florida Road Water Main Extension and Stormwater are available for review at City Hall and are not included due to the bulk of the rolls.
