Summary/Highlights

Each year the City enters into an agreement with FDOT called the State Highway Lighting,
Maintenance, and Compensation Work Order.  FDOT pays the City to ensure the facilities are
operating per their requirements.  FDOT will pay the City $7,415.01 for the period July 1, 2017 to
June 30, 2018 which is approximately a 3% increase over the prior year's agreement for $7,200.00.

The agreement was received in mid May and was signed and returned to FDOT before the deadline
of June 7, 2017 to guarantee availability of funds per their requirements.  We are requesting the City
Council ratify this agreement.






 Recommended Motion  

Ratify FDOT Contract AM-262 for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30,2018.
