Discussion and action on hiring attorney/s to represent the City in the above matter, including but not limited to attorneys Drew Smith and/or Anthony Garganese.
VI. Matters Related to City Authority in Private Gated Communities
Discussion of matters related to the City’s authority to enter into private gated communities and perform services and clean-up activities during hurricanes and other emergencies
