Summary/Highlights

A number of Public Record Requests have been made to the City and Mayor Johnson.The City has acknowledged all of the requests made to the City and has fully responded to the requests to the extent that the City staff has access to the records.  To the extent the City has not been able to determine whether additional records exist, Eric Frankton has advised the requestors that the City is attempting to determine such and to obtain any such records.  On or about February 3, 2016, the City Council instructed staff : 1) To take actions to determine if the current public record requests have been properly responded to ; 2) What actions need to be done to resolve the public records requests.

Background

A memo is attached that discusses the efforts of staff to acquire the requested records in order to respond to the various public record requests.
