Mr. Madison has applied for a rezoning of said parcel to amend the zoning from R-3, Urban Single-Family Residential to R-1, Urban Single Family Residential. Additionally, the applicant intends to merge this parcel with another adjacent parcel to form a single, larger parcel, (Parcel number, 31-18-30-03-42-0040 and Parcel number, 31-18-30-03-42-0030.)
