The City Council has discussed the issue and has directed staff to develop regulations for your review that would amend the current ordinance regulating outdoor service and consumption of alcohol.

The attached regulations would allow restaurants by right to have outdoor service and consumption of alcohol in the B-3, B-4 and B-5 zoning districts.

Bars would be allowed, by special exception to have outdoor service and consumption of alcohol in the B-3, B-4 and B-5 zoning districts.
